The photo of Ethel, a rescue cat, had circulated since 2019 before a Bilibili user set a spinning edit of it to the “oo ee a e a” sound effect in April 2023. The remix reached YouTube soon after and has not stopped spinning since.

Mount the body on a bearing if you actually want it to spin. A static print just looks dizzy.
